"Facts About Pennsylvania For Young Citizens" (1955)
Published in 1955, this 56 page bulletin was printed in response to the "many letters" written by the children of Pennsylvania to the Governor of the Commonwealth asking about the state's history and government.
"This bulletin is intended for Pennsylvania's children who want to know about their heritage from the past and their responsibilities as citizens and future voters." The booklet features and intro by then Governor, George M. Leader and contains chapters devoted to the Capitol buildings, the state's origins under William Penn, Pennsylvania government, Pennsylvania's parks, and more.
