Can playing cards be groovy? This vintage Congress Bridge card set definitely feels groovy to us. The Peter Max inspired floral design and bright colors certainly evoke the age of "flower power". The gift set, from the United States Playing Card Co.,  includes two decks of cards and a score pad, and appears to have never been used. Still in the original box, which shows some minimal damage on the corners.
